Mental health counseling at your fingertips / 25 N Good Health points per online session

Mental health counseling at your fingertips / 25 N Good Health points per online session

Don’t let the busyness of life prevent you from getting help from a mental health professional.

You can see a counselor via computer or electronic device through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) TeleBehavioral Health service, administered by Wayne Corp.

The benefit covers six free sessions, and if needed, you may schedule more appointments with the same counselor through insurance or private pay. The program is completely confidential.

Traditional in-office appointments are available if you prefer to meet with a counselor in person.

To take advantage of the TeleBehavioral Health service, follow these steps:

  • Call your EAP at (502) 451-8262. Answer a few questions and receive a sign-on link via email.
  • Register, choose a counselor in your state and schedule an appointment.
  • See a counselor at your comfort and convenience — Sessions will be hosted on a HIPAA-compliant platform with a licensed mental health provider.

EAP TeleBehavioral Health is not associated with Norton eCare.

Are there other opportunities?

N Good Health also partners with Wayne Corp. to offer healthy action points for visits to support your mental well-being as part of Staying Balanced with EAP. You can earn 25 points per visit (up to 100 points) towards step 4 when you make an appointment with EAP. Make sure you have your provider fill out an EAP tracker form after your visit to earn points for N Good Health. This form can be obtained on NGoodHealth.com, by submitting a self-service ticket on the website, or by calling the N Good Health office at (502) 629-2162.
