Get Healthy Walking at the Zoo

With the Louisville Zoo reopened for the season, you can earn N Good Health healthy action points for each day you sign in with the Get Healthy Walking Club!

N Good Health has created a touch-free way to earn points for your visits. Upon arrival, just show your zoo membership card at check-in and use your smartphone to scan the N Good Health QR code placed around the zoo for your convenience. You must be a walking club member to participate and earn points for N Good Health. Membership is free and open to anyone ages 18 and older in the Metro Louisville and Southern Indiana area. Children aren’t required to register and may enter with a registered member. All walking club members must exit the zoo by 9:30 a.m.

Why walk?

Walking is the simplest, least expensive and most accessible form of exercise. However, many people have a variety of reasons for not walking regularly. Joining the Get Healthy Walking Club provides motivation to put one foot in front of the other while spending quality time with friends or family and meeting new people along the way.

Norton Healthcare Prevention & Wellness strives to keep you healthy in all aspects of your life by offering health screenings and education. For more information about becoming a walking club member or to find a health screening location near you, visit or call (502) 899-6842.
