Nourish your body with free yoga classes in March

Norton Sports Performance is offering free yoga classes for the month of March.  This is a vibrant class based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series.  This class is designed to wake up the nervous system and nourish the body with prana (life force energy).  Its sequence and upbeat tempo is physically challenging yet appropriate for all levels of students.  With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy.

You can expect to work on improved mobility, deep stretches, a settling of the nervous system and a deeper awareness of yourself.

Classes are offered at the following times:
Tuesday: 6:30pm
Thursday: 6:30am
Saturday: 8:00am

No registration or sign up is required for the free classes in March. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class, bring a mat or towel and remember a mask must be worn at all times.
