Complete program activities and redeem rewards points by Dec. 1

Employees and spouses now have additional time to complete N Good Health requirements. The wellness program’s previous deadline of Sept. 15 has been extended to Dec. 1. We hope that you take advantage of this additional time to earn and redeem program rewards.

2022 program activities

Complete your N Good Health survey

Check in on your overall health with the well-being survey. After answering a collection of questions, you will receive a report of your overall health as it applies to the eight pillars of well-being. This survey can be completed online in just a few minutes. Select the ”Program Activities” tab on to get started.

Schedule your N Good Health Physical If you have a Norton Healthcare primary care provider, you can use MyNortonChart to schedule your N Good Health physical. Simply click on “Schedule an appointment with your physician” and select “N Good Health.”

N Good Health participants who don’t have a Norton Healthcare primary care provider or simply need further after-hours or weekend options for scheduling can visit to schedule online for any Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens location. Or, you can call (502) 629-1234, option 3, to make an appointment. Be sure to say you are scheduling your “N Good Health physical” when making your appointment.

Rewards mall

The deadline to redeem N Good Health rewards mall points has been extended to Dec. 1 as well. Participants who complete an N Good Health physical and well-being survey by Dec. 1 will earn 65 points to redeem in the rewards mall. Prize options for the rewards mall include gift cards to your favorite restaurant or retailer, merchandise gifts, charitable donations and wellness credits.

Rewards mall points will now expire on Dec. 1 and WILL NOT roll over into 2023. You must log on to and select the “Rewards” tab to make your rewards selection.

What’s the reason for the extension?

Norton Healthcare and the N Good Health team want you to live your healthiest life possible. The employee wellness program is structured around that goal. Our hope is that this additional time allows more participants to discover the many benefits of the program.

What if I already completed my program activities?

No action is needed for employees and spouses who have already completed 2022 activities. If you’ve already completed activities for 2022, make sure you redeem your rewards mall points by Dec. 1. No additional action is required if you’ve already made your rewards mall selection.
