Syncing steps is one of the many ways you can earn program activity points in 2025. You can earn 15 – 25 points monthly simply by tracking your steps!
NEW in 2025: You can view your progress in your N Good Health account.
Log into your N Good Health account, click on Program Activities and scroll down until you see Monthly Step Challenge. If you see a percentage sign in the the middle, that indicates your device is syncing and the percentage is showing how close you are at earning the points that month.

How can I manually enter my steps?
In your N Good Health account: Use the “Tracker” found under Resources to enter your daily step total or connect a wearable device to log your steps. You must average 5,400 steps per day to earn 10 points that month. However if you average 7,500 steps per day, you can earn the max 25 points that month. All steps must be recorded by the last day of the month!
On the Navigate Wellbeing App: Open the app, at the bottom you will see Track, then select Steps, change the date, enter your steps and lastly select add to save.
