Reach for the stars — and for your toes! During this four-week activity challenge from Oct. 21 to Nov. 17, you’ll track your daily minutes and practice daily stretching. You’ll be amazed at how much better you’ll feel (and how much easier it is to exercise) with the right warm up and cool down routine. Have fun as you learn to move more, move further and feel great!
To join, log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Enroll” button in the challenges sections. Registration will open Oct. 7 and close on Oct. 27.
How to participate
Track your daily activity minutes. The daily goal is 30 minutes of physical activity for 20 out of the 28 days of the challenge. All activity counts, whether you are a walker, runner, weight lifter or group fitness fan — this challenge really is for everyone!
If you have a device or app synced to the platform, it will automatically record your minutes. Make sure it is syncing before the challenge starts.
How can I win prizes?
- Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who record 30 minutes of activity 5 out of 7 days each week will randomly win $25 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
- GRAND PRIZE: Five participants who reached the 30 minutes of physical activity for 20 out of the 28 days of the challenge will be entered into a raffle and have a chance to randomly $50 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
Can I receive 2024 N Good Health program points? Yes, if you reach the weekly activity goal for at least 20 days of the challenge, you’ll be awarded with 28 points towards your 2024 N Good Health rewards.
