N Good Health is proud to announce the first group challenge of 2025: Find Your Fit! What does fitness mean to you? Everyone has their own unique spin on fitness and how they embody that concept in their lives. Unsure about what fitness means to you? Jump into this four-week challenge to uncover your ideal fitness routine and master the art of crafting a healthier lifestyle!

How do I sign up?

Starting January 6th log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Enroll” button in the challenges sections.

What is the goal?

The goal is to log your weight each week during the challenge and try to implement the tips that are provided. Week one will be your starting weight, the three weeks following will be based off the weight you enter in the first week.

Can others see my weight? No, only you can see what you enter into the challenge.

How can I win prizes?

  • Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who log their weight during that week will be entered into a raffle and have a chance to randomly win $25 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
    • Week one: Jan 20 – Jan 26
    • Week two: Jan 27 – Feb 2
    • Week three: Feb 3 – Feb 9
    • Week four: Feb 10 – Feb 16
  • GRAND PRIZE: Five participants who log their weight every week throughout the challenge will be entered into a raffle and have a chance to randomly win a new activity tracker.

Can I receive 2025 N Good Health program points?

Yes, recording your weight each week of the challenge, will award you 28 points towards your 2025 N Good Health Program Activities.
