Nutrition doesn’t have to be boring! Join us for an exciting four weeks of expanding your palette that will leave you eager to fuel your body with healthy choices and add balance and variety back onto your table!
How do I sign up? Log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Enroll” button in the challenges sections.
What is the goal? The goal is to complete daily tasks, then visit NGoodHealth.com and check “I Did This” on your challenge to-do list. Each week will focus on a different nutrition-related topic and task.
How can I win prizes? Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who check “I Did This” on the challenge to-do list at least 2 times during that week will be entered into a raffle. Each of the five participants drawn will win $25 to redeem in the N Good Health rewards mall.
- Week one: March 3 – March 9: Trying new foods: it’s not just for kids
- Week two: March 10 – March 16: A fruitful experiment
- Week three: March 17 – March 23: Excitement at the vege-TABLE
- Week four: March 24 – March 30: Don’t forget fiber!
GRAND PRIZE: At the end of the four weeks, participants who complete the challenge will be entered into the grand prize raffle. Five participants’ names will be randomly drawn to win $50 in the rewards mall.
Can I receive 2025 N Good Health program points? Yes, check “I Did This” in the challenge to-do list 2 times each week during the challenge and you will be awarded 28 points towards your 2025 N Good Health Program Activities.
