Step-tacular Challenge September 1 – 28

Get ready to step up your fitness game and boost your daily activity! Over the course of several weeks, this challenge will help you achieve 5,000 steps per day. Cheers to moving more, feeling better, and establishing healthy daily routines along the way!

How do I sign up?

Sign-ups run August 18 – September 7. Log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Join” button in the challenges sections. This challenge can be completed as an individual or as a team.

How to Participate

Track your daily step count with the to-do list on your wellbeing platform. For tips on getting more steps each day, review your challenge guide.

Week one: Starting on the right path

Week two: Turn stepping into a team sport

Week three: Let’s move this party outside

Week four: Strategies for long-term success

Note: If you have a device or app synced to the platform, it will automatically record your steps. Make sure it is working properly before the challenge starts. The last day to record is October 1, 2025. Each week the challenge begins on Monday and ends on Sunday

How can I win prizes?

  • Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who reach the daily step goal of 4 out of 7 days each week will randomly win $25 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
  • GRAND PRIZE: Five participants who reach the daily step goal for at least 30 days of the challenge will be entered into a raffle and have a chance to randomly $50 in the N Good Health rewards mall.

Can I receive 2025 N Good Health program points? Yes, reaching the daily step goal for at least 30 days of the challenge, you’ll be awarded with 28 points towards your 2025 N Good Health rewards.
