N Good Health accounts now require your password to be 12 or more characters, including 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number and a special character (i.e., #, @, &, !).
If you have not logged into your N Good Health account since this update and don’t meet these requirements, your account is now locked!
To unlock your account, please go to ngoodhealth.com and attempt to log in using your username and password. You will then see a window appear (see below) and will need to click the ‘Resend email’ button. This email will contain a link and instructions to change your password. The link will expire in 24 hours so be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

REMINDER: The N Good Health deadline is December 1 and it’s rapidly approaching so don’t procrastinate! Get your account unlocked today and check on your point level. Complete program activities to earn points. 900 points or more will reward you with the maximum financial incentive of $910 in 2026.
