Collecting food to support patients

As Norton Healthcare works to support employees who may be affected if funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) ends, we’re also extending our care to patients and their families who could be impacted.

Starting Monday, Nov. 3, employees can donate nonperishable food and essential items to help restock Norton Healthcare and Norton Children’s patient food pantries.

Location: 4965 U.S. Highway 42, lobby Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dates: Monday through Friday (ending at 5 p.m.)

Needed items:

  • ​Soup
  • Canned fruit and vegetables
  • Peanut butter
  • Tuna
  • Rice and pasta
  • Breakfast foods
  • Baby food and diapers

Every donation helps ensure patients and families have access to nutritious meals and essential items during difficult times.
