Are you ready to find a non-gimmicky way to make eating healthy easier? Does it sometimes seem too hard, too expensive, or too plain boring to eat nutritious foods? Fear not, because this six-week challenge is here to help you see beyond those barriers! Get ready to conquer the nuance of nutrition and savor healthy eats that will keep you full of energy!

How do I sign up? Log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Enroll” button in the challenges sections.
What is the goal? The goal is to complete daily tasks, then visit NGoodHealth.com and check “I Did This” on your challenge to-do list. Each week will focus on a different nutrition-related topic and task.

- Carbs: the misunderstood food group
- See you later, sweet tooth!
- Whole foods (the concept, not the grocery store)
- Nutrition FAQs
- Meal plans you’ll stick to
How to participate: Complete challenge goals and record your progress through the challenge dashboard or calendar. To record past dates or goals, use the calendar to select the day and goal you are recording for.
Requirements to Complete: Earn at least 30/42 sparks
Recording Details: The last day to record is April 15, 2026.
Each week the challenge begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.
Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who check “I Did This” on the challenge to-do list at least 5 times during the week will randomly win $25 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
GRAND PRIZE: Five participants who check “I Did This” on the challenge to-do list at least 5 times each week of the challenge will be entered into a raffle and have a chance to randomly $50 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
Can I receive 2026 N Good Health program points? Yes! Check “I Did This” on the challenge to-do list at least 5 times during each week and you will be awarded 28 points towards your 2026 N Good Health Program Activities.
