Each week, we’ll dive into thrilling water sports, fun hydration facts, and refreshing motivation to help you power through 48 ounces of water a day.

How do I sign up?

Log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Join” button in the challenges sections. This challenge can be completed as an individual or as a team.

How to participate: Track your daily water intake in ounces in your N Good Health account or on the Navigate wellbeing app. The goal is to drink 48 ounces of water a day for at least 20/28 days. This challenge is to meet your goal, not to see who can drink the most water. Too much water can be bad for your health. Talk to your healthcare provider about the right amount for you

Recording Details: The last day to record is July 29, 2026. Each week the challenge begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.

Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who record their water consumption of 48 oz. 5 out of 7 days each week will randomly win $25 in the N Good Health rewards mall.

GRAND PRIZE: Five participants who record their water consumption of 48 oz. 20 out of 28 days each week will randomly win chance to randomly win a new activity tracker.

Can I receive 2026 N Good Health program points? Yes! Track and record your water consumption of 48 oz. for at least 20 out of the 28 days, you’ll be awarded with 28 points towards your 2026 N Good Health rewards.
