
It’s time to Step into Spring for some friendly competition! During the four-week challenge, we will compete with the University of Kansas Health System and Prisma Health to see who can record the most steps. This is our first time competing, and our goal is to make this our first time winning too!
This is not just for bragging rights. If we end up with more total steps, we’ll win a donation to the Norton Healthcare Foundation!

How do I sign up?
Log into NGoodHealth.com and select the “Join” button in the challenges sections.
How to Participate
Over the 28 days of the challenge, challenge yourself to be more aware of your daily movement and gradually increase your steps, working toward a goal of around 7,250 steps per day or a level that’s meaningful for you.
Note: If you have a device or app synced to the platform, it will automatically record your steps. Make sure it is working properly before the challenge starts. The daily maximum is 45,000 steps.
How can I win prizes?
- Weekly prize drawings: Five participants who reach the daily step goal of 7,250 5 out of 7 days each week will randomly win $25 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
- GRAND PRIZE: Five participants who reach the daily step goal for at least 20 days of the challenge will be entered into a raffle and have a chance to randomly $50 in the N Good Health rewards mall.
Can I receive 2026 N Good Health program points? Yes, when you reach the challenge goal of 203,000 total steps, you’ll be awarded with 28 points towards your 2026 N Good Health rewards. That’s an average of 7,250 daily steps!
