
The 2025 N Good Health program deadline is December 1, 2025. Good news, you still have plenty of time to engage in the N Good Health program to better your health and wellness. Norton employees and spouses who plan to be covered on a Norton health insurance plan in 2026 can receive a financial incentive, through earning points in 2025. The higher level of points earned in 2025, the higher level of reward to be received in 2026.

To start earning points, log into your N Good Health account. If you run into trouble here, just give us a call (502) 629-2162. Once in your N Good Health account, click on Program Activities and scroll down to see a list like is shown below.
Learn more about your health:
Well-being Survey (50 points) Check in on your overall health with the Well-being survey. After answering a collection of quick questions, you will receive a breakdown of your overall health as it applies to the 8 Pillars of Well-being. This survey can be completed online in just a few minutes. Your points will be awarded after the entire survey is completed.
N Good Health physical (100 – 700 points) The N Good Health physical is worth between 100-700 points depending on your outcome results.
- If you see a Norton Healthcare provider you can schedule your N Good Health physical through MyNortonChart or call (502) 629-1234, option 3. When scheduling, tell them the appointment is for your N Good Health physical.
- Don’t have a Norton Healthcare provider – try a Norton Prompt Care location for your convenience. To see locations and to make an appointment click here or call (502) 446-5555
- If you see a non-Norton healthcare provider please take the paper provider form to your appointment. You can email the completed form to: [email protected]
Outcome improvement (150 points) Have you made a 10% improvement in one of your outcomes since having your N Good Health physical? If yes, congratulations!
- Have your provider complete the appeal form so you can be rewarded.
- Employee health can provide rechecks on blood pressure, weight, BMI and waist circumference. You must make an appointment by calling (502) 446-2683 and bring an appeal form with you.
Tobacco Testing and Resources:
Negative Tobacco Test (125 points) Tobacco testing is a screening for nicotine in the urine. If you already have a negative tobacco test in your N Good Health account, you don’t need another test. If you self-report nicotine/tobacco use, do not complete a tobacco test.

LARK Diabetes Prevention Program (up to 200 points) Lark is a chat-based mobile coaching solution providing users with education and coaching support 24/7 to make small, meaningful lifestyle changes that become habits and reduce health risks. Discovering Complete Wellness (150 points) A six-week holistic well-being program that encourages participants to take a proactive approach to wellness. By using the 8 pillars of wellness as their guide they will learn how to be well in each dimension and take action to build wellness-affirming habits, routines, and coping strategies. Participants will be introduced to Norton Healthcare resources that are available to support them as they continue to discover complete wellness. Click here to register.

Omada- Chronic Condition Programming (up to 180 points) Omada® is a digital lifestyle program available to employees and their spouse enrolled in a Norton Healthcare medical plan and have diabetes and/or high blood pressure. Click here to see if you qualify.

Preventive Screenings (50 – 150 points) Earn 50 points each year for being up to date on preventive cancer screenings. Max. 150 points. Log into your N Good Health account, click on Program Activities and log your screening date and provider’s name under preventive screenings. Preventive cancer screenings include:
- Up-to-date pap smear (women over 21, younger than 65) every 3 years. If you have a pap smear within the last three years from when you answer the question, you can still receive points.
- Up-to-date mammogram (women over 40) every year. If you have had a mammogram within the past 364 days from when you answer the question, you can receive points.
- Up-to-date colorectal screening (men and women over 45, younger than 75) every 3 years for cologuard and every 10 year for colonoscopy. If you have a colonoscopy within the past ten years from when you answer the question, you can still receive points. Or if you have submitted a cologuard sample within the past three years from when you answer the questions, you can receive the points.
Preventive Dental Exam (40-80 points) Earn 40 points for having a preventive dental screening or cleaning done every 6 months. Max of 80 points/year. Go to NGoodHealth.com and click on program activities tab then log your exam date and provider’s name.
N Good Health Video Courses (10 points each, max 100 points) Learn more about various health and wellness topics by watching 1 to 10 video courses. Find on NGoodHealth.com then click on Challenges, Find a Challenge, Video Courses. Points are awarded after viewing the video.
Nvest – Meet with a retirement specialists (20 points) Click here to make an appointment
Personal Challenges (10 points each, max 100 points) Challenge yourself to be healthier by joining your own personal challenge. Go to NGoodHealth.com and click on Challenges, Find a Challenge, Personal Challenges
EAP/Life Balance Assessments (25 points each, max 150 points) Create more balance and success in your life. To make an appointment call (502) 451-8262 and have the tracker form completed and email to [email protected].
- Onsite Life Balance assessments will be available at a few Norton facilities. To see locations click here, Appointments will be on a first come basis. Participants can have one Life Balance Assessment each year.
- Counseling session with EAP, time in-between sessions are based off the need of each individual
Take 3 For Me (3 points each, max 27 points) N Good Health has you covered with “Take 3 for Me” videos offering quick opportunities to pause and reflect on your emotional wellness. Visit NGoodHealth.com and select one or all nine videos to view. Points will be reflected in your account when you click the link in the description of the video and successfully sign in to your account.
