Get outside and move your body today!

Springtime can bring unpredictable weather.  When the weather calls for it, it is ALWAYS a great idea to fit in some outdoors time on the weekends.  Spending time outdoors can improve overall health & wellness.  Time outdoors may also promote mental health & stress reduction.

On sunny weekend days, try to fit in some family time & go for a hike or a trip to the park!  If it is raining (and not too cold out), suit up with old clothes, raincoats, boots, etc & show those puddles who’s boss!  Playing with water toys in puddles & catching rain drops on your tongue with the kiddos would be great ways to enjoy weather that you previously deemed unsuitable for outdoor time.  There’s always a silver lining!  đŸ™‚
