Today’s workout is for individuals with who want to complete cardio without the need for weights or a large area. Each movement is shown in the video for optimal technique. This workout is 30 seconds of 10 exercises, 30 seconds rest between exercises and one minute rest between sets. Complete this workout to your favorite music to get the most out of this series. While a mat is not required, a non-hard surface is recommended for comfort.
