Pilates is a great way to target your core muscles along with some full body assisting muscle groups to achieve a well round restorative workout.
This is a beginner level class that will challenge your core and mental focus. All you need is a mat for this workout. Start with a clear mind, focus on your breathing and you will be on your way to a great workout.
