This workout is a 25 minute total body workout that uses both dynamic & basic movements to deliver an intense routine. You can do this at home & it is designed for fitness levels from beginner to intermediate- there is something for everyone! Each movement is shown in the video for optimal technique and for those that want to modify any movement. The consistent movements will get your heart pumping and focusing on all major muscle groups.
