Monday Motivation

This week, I challenge you to make a list of a couple things you would enjoy doing this week & make it a priority to do those things.  Would a family bike ride bring you joy?  Maybe carving out 30 minutes to curl up & read a good book?  Taking 30 minutes to do a home workout on YouTube? 

It can be so easy to say we don’t have time or we have to do other things instead; when in reality, a large part of “not having time” is “not making something a priority”.  

You deserve to prioritize the things that bring you joy & make you feel good.  Have a wonderful week & make time for what makes you feel your best. đŸ™‚
